We live in a world where we expect everything to happen or to be given to us instantly in this “microwave society”. We want it fast and with very little effort, but that is not how it works. Take the above snail, it has a destination it wants to get to. The snail can only move so fast and it knows it, so all the snail can do is be patient and keep moving forward inch by inch.
The best things in life are achieved by working hard in the direction of your goals/passion. Everything you are working for will be awarded at its due time, so learn to be patient. Remember its not about the destination, its about the journey getting to your destination.
Don’t worry about the successes or achievements of others around you, use that as motivation and continue to work toward your goals. Be patient, focus and get to work!
This past week I took some time off from work (office) and headed out to Vegas for a few days. During this trip I took a lot of pictures to give myself more practice. I also did the Easter shoot for my nieces in the hills of Norco, CA. I visited an airplane museum and the Palm Springs, CA Ariel tram. Overall it was a busy and productive week and you can see some of my work here.
